We also congratulate awards presented at the conference: Former post doctoral fellow in Pain TRAILs and current Research Assistant Professor, Dr. Alisa Johnson received an award for Outstanding Research Presentation. Affiliated faculty Dr. Aaron Mickle received the C.E. Cornelius Young Investigator Award to acknowledge the contributions of young faculty members to advancement of knowledge in biomedical research.
