Recently Awarded: Drs. Jafari, Przkora, Sibille and the Pain Medicine team at UF received funding from the I. Heermann Anesthesia Foundation for a pilot study titled, Moving toward individualized care to enhance outcomes in individuals with spinal cord stimulation for intractable pain. The study will provide preliminary findings to determine if a clinically informed and evidence-based whole person approach helps explain the differences in clinical and biological outcomes in individuals pursuing spinal cord stimulator treatment for intractable pain.
